Method of payment and reservations.

An advance of 25% is paid when deciding the date of the event (non-refundable) by bank deposit, credit card, pay pal or cash, as indicated by email.

The remaining 75% will be paid 15 days prior to the event (non refundable).

Cancellation policies.

When requesting a service to Ecoturismo Integrando Equipos S.A. of C.V., we proceed immediately with the logistics of the event, with details such as:

- Program of activities and / or tours.

- Hotel reservations, if required.

- Transport reservations if necessary.

- Payments to secure reservations.

- Allocations to the staff and their direct training for the optimal accomplishment of each event.


a) Since the 25% advance is used for the logistics of the trip, the advance is lost in case of cancellation.

b) In case Ecoturismo Integrando Equipos is asked for a change of date, the company may charge separately the extra expenses incurred for the change.

c) The cancellation of an event implies the loss of 100% of the payment made.

We reserve the right to change itineraries or cancel activities due to climatic causes or outside our will without the right to remuneration for the services contracted. Safety is first than fun. The company is not responsible for natural disasters or human failures that third parties may have and their repercussions on our events, for example, but not limited to: cancellations or changes of hotels due to lack of professionalism of the same, cancellations or changes of means of transport for lack of professionalism of the same, guides that fall ill or they are hurt and can not go or continue with the event, etc.

Insurance policy

All our clients and workers go to any of our events insured with an insurance policy for medical expenses against insurer insurances. The policy is obtained through our partnership with AMTAVE A.C. (Mexican Association of Adventure Tourism and Ecotourism).

1. Policy issued based on customer projection.

2. No report of policyholders during their term.

3. Ages of acceptance from 3 months to 79 years. For people in the range of 70 to 79 years, the sums insured are reduced to 50%.

4. Accidental death coverage applies as reimbursement for funeral expenses for minors

of 12 years of age.

5. Direct payment in the network of Hospitals in agreement with the insurance company, as long as the policy is paid.

6. The contractor must have all the permits to carry out the activities.

7. In case of loss, the responsible authorized personnel must report the incident to the insurance company and fill in the corresponding format duly signed and with the seal that accredits it as an AMTAVE partner.

8. You must have a ticket, a properly folded and / or responsive ticket that you signed for

perform the activity, this will prove it as insured.

9. The insurance company reserves the right to audit or request at any time

the contractor's sales records which must coincide with that reported by this.
